ACTIVEWEAR RETURN POLICY

At Blushed Fx, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for store credit, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Have tags attached and be returned in its original packaging
Show no signs of stretching, tearing, or damage caused by incorrect sizing
Be free of makeup, fake tan, or any visible stains

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing
A handling fee will be deducted from your store credit
Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange for size or colour.

Store credit and exchanges cannot be used together
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Faulty Items

Every item is quality-checked before being shipped. If you receive a faulty item, please email:

Refunds

Refunds are only approved for genuine manufacturing faults.

Refunds will not be issued for:

General wear and tear
Damage from incorrect sizing
Neglect or improper care

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

International Returns

We accept international returns — however:

You must use a tracked courier service
Blushed Fx does not cover international return shipping costs
